Mr. Saloojee is an accomplished operator and entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling technology-enabled businesses. He was Co-Founder of Carbon6 Technologies, a leading eCommerce enablement platform that developed automation and analytics tools for Amazon sellers. In January 2025, Carbon6 was acquired by a strategic buyer for approximately $210 million in cash and stock - a successful full exit for the founders and investors.

Prior to Carbon6, Mr. Saloojee served as CEO of Globalfaces Direct, where he achieved >100% revenue growth in two years, and as SVP of Sales at Top Hat, leading a >10x revenue expansion. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Monitor Group, advising global corporations on growth and performance strategy.

Chief Financial Officer & Director

Mr. King brings over 25 years of public-markets experience spanning investment research, portfolio management, and equity fund leadership. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Palermo Capital Management, a long/short equity fund focused on the Consumer, Media, and Technology sectors.

Previously, Mr. King served as Managing Director & Senior Research Analyst at Roth Capital Partners, where he covered Consumer and Financial companies and was recognized for differentiated industry insight. Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President & Equity Research Analyst at RBC Capital Markets and at Bank of America, building a foundation in institutional client coverage and fundamental analysis of Technology, Consumer, & Financial companies.

Mr. King’s extensive sell-side background (16+ years) and fund-management experience provide the Sponsor team with deep expertise in valuation, investor engagement, and public-market positioning.
